HOW TO GET HERE
St George’s is a 10-15 minute walk from Woolwich rail / train stations (Woolwich Arsenal Southeastern station, Woolwich Arsenal DLR and Woolwich Arsenal Elizabeth Line station).

By bus
Buses 122, 161, 178, 244 and 469 stop a short distance from the Church. Buses 53, 54, 291, 380 and 422 stop nearby at the Woolwich Centre on Wellington Street.

By rail

By foot
The entrance to St George’s is on Grand Depot Road, the South Circular. A footpath with steps provides access from Woolwich New Road (free parking) to the Grand Depot Road entrance.

Nearest pier – Woolwich, Thames Clipper ferries

Car parking
Limited free parking is available behind St George’s on Woolwich New Road, a one way street, approached from Grand Depot Road.
