Rushmore (with introductory talk)

At The Peckham Pelican on Sunday 31st August, we will be screening Wes Anderson’s Rushmore, with introductory talk by Dr. Nick Lee at The Peckham Pelican.

This ’90s cult favourite is a quirky coming-of-age story, with eccentric, off-kilter performances from Jason Schwartzman and Bill Murray, and the beautiful compositions and humour we have come to expect from Anderson.

Doors: 5:30pm, Start: 6:00pm

Peckham Pelican is open from 12noon on Sundays; seating for the screening from 5.30pm.

Occupying a wing of the art-deco Pelican Lodge, this cafe bar is a Bohemian spot for daytime bagels, salads and cakes, plus evening pizzas with live music and events.
