Phantom of the Open

Join us for Phantom of the Open at Aquarius Golf Club, with an entrance tucked away in an unexpected corner at the end of a residential street, is the perfect setting for this gentle comedy based on the true story of Maurice Flitcroft, an unrelenting optimist, who manages to gain entry to the 1976 British Open Golf Championship qualification round despite being a complete novice. Cast includes Mark Rylance, Sally Hawkins and Rhys Ifans. Screening on Saturday 30th August.

Aquarius is a members’ golf club run by volunteers and this is a rare opportunity to admire the views across London from its Clubhouse perched on a hill overlooking the golf house. The Clubhouse bar will be open during this event.
