A documentary focusing on the highly-popular Italian cyclist Marco Pantani who was a hero to millions, and also the self-styled saviour of cycling following the doping scandals which continue to threaten the credibility of the sport to this day . However, less than six years later, aged just 34, he died alone, in a cheap hotel room, from acute cocaine poisoning. He had been an addict for five years.
