This screening is a tribute to the late John Hurt, who plays George Orwell’s timeless character, Winston Smith, in his tale of a future fascist dystopia.
Accompanying this ever-relevant screening is a sci-fi short about uploading consciousness to the cloud: ‘No Guarantee’ was made in Peckham and won the prestigious Sci-Fi-London Short Film Challenge 2016.
