INDOOR: The Green Community Centre, Nunhead Green
Exciting, sweaty, rocksteady live footage of the Two Tone bands the Specials, Madness, the Beat, the Selecter, the Bodysnatchers and Bad Manners. Dance Craze on 7th Sept at 8PM at The Green in Nunhead is a Joe Massot directed and Gavrik Losey produced documentary film about the British Ska scene in the early 1980s. Plus food and drink for donations. A Food for Films screening with all donations going to Southwark foodbank. Doors open at 7.30PM.
The Green is the new community centre in the heart of Nunhead with the aim is to create a lively, flexible space that is available to all members of the community. It’s a centre to be known by all, used by most and frequented by many.
