Cinema Now is an experimental documentary film, shot entirely on Super 8mm celluloid film, depicting many of London’s closed cinemas from the point of view of their exteriors in and amongst the cityscape.
Shot and presented in the ‘Direct Cinema’ style, this short provides an uncompromising and introspective look at what happened to independent cinemas over the past year. The love letter to a variety of independent cinemas.
