48 hour Film Challenge
Calling all film-makers!
As part of the West Norwood Free Film Festival 2018, we will also be hosting a 48 Hour Film Challenge (WNFFF 48h), open to anyone interested in film-making.
The first thing you need to do is register for the challenge by sending us an email: [email protected], we will then send you the full rules document, a participants agreement and a parental consent document if you are under 16.
You will need to bring the agreement signed to the kickoff event on Friday the 13th April at Knowles of Norwood (294-296 Norwood Rd, SE27 9AF).
Registration is open from 6 until 8pm and entries must be submitted on Sunday at the same place no later than 8pm. Wherever you register, your 48 hour countdown will start from the time your team completes registration and all films must be returned to us within 48 hours to be included in the competition.

As part of the criteria, each team will be given a line of famous film dialogue, a prop as well as a West Norwood location to include in their film.
The shortlisted entries will then be screened at the 48 hour Film Festival Competition Event on Sunday 29th April, held at the Portico Gallery (23B Knight’s Hill, SE27 0HS). – please see separate event. Winning entries will be judged by a panel of experts in the following categories:
