Tickets £5 (under 12s FREE!)

The Woolwich Garrison Church Trust screen monthly open-air films at their incredible venue (St George’s Garrison Church) and the last film of their 2023 season will be a special spooky screening of Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets (PG).
They’ll have a licensed bar and snacks, and seats – but you can also bring a picnic + blanket and sit on the grass. Dressing up is encouraged, but anything warm is great!
Saturday 28th October 2023, 6pm.
The main gates will open at 5pm and the film will start at 6pm (dusk).

📽 Home Movie Day – Sat 21 Oct 📽
The Cinema Museum, Kennington – free entry
A journey on the 53 bus will drop you near to the Cinema Museum which is opening its doors on Saturday 21st October for the 20th annual international Home Movie Day. Bring your old home movies, see what others have brought.
Tea and cake available along with advice from film archivists and technicians on how to preserve and digitise old films.
Save The White Swan pub
The White Swan in Charlton Village (where we’ve screened many CWFFF films over the years) remains at risk from being redeveloped into a supermarket. The “Save the White Swan, Protect and Boost Charlton Village!” petition will be open for a few more days if you’d like to sign it. Read more at The Greenwich Wire.
