Stroszek
In Berlin, an alcoholic man, recently released from prison, joins his elderly friend and a prostitute in a determined dream to leave Germany and seek a better life in Wisconsin.
In the beginning they do quite well, but as time passes, Stroszek feels lonely, unfulfilled and helpless. His beautiful dream turns into a nightmare.
Herzog’s masterpiece is a simple story about a helpless street performer, who doesn’t know how to survive in brutal reality.
Doors open 2pm. Film starts 3pm. First come first served.
